🚀 Business Development Executive – Apprenticeships
📍 Leeds | Office-based
💰 £26,000 + £10k+ OTE
⏰ 37.5 hours | 4–5 days in the office
We’re working with a growing training and apprenticeships provider looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join their sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, resilient and passionate about building a career in sales, with the opportunity to develop their skills within the apprenticeship and training sector.

What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to prospective employers
- Generating and converting new business leads
- Building strong customer relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships
- Working towards daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline
- Supporting cross-selling opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Customer-focused approach
- Motivation to succeed in sales
- Resilience and a genuine willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
