About the Company
A market-leading designer and manufacturer of leisure and fitness equipment is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join its growing commercial team.
With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and inclusive design, the company combines the latest technology with thoughtful product development to deliver high-quality leisure and fitness solutions to customers across the UK.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across local authorities, architects, leisure organisations, and the wider fitness industry, identifying opportunities and introducing them to products and solutions that genuinely add value.
The company also offers excellent opportunities for progression, supported by an experienced leadership team and a strong focus on continuous learning and professional development.
This is a hybrid opportunity, with candidates required to be commutable to Nottingham three days per week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
