Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for networking and delivering exceptional client service?
With our continued growth across the London and South East property markets, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Account Manager to join our team of industry experts. This is a varied and rewarding role focused on building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and professional introducers. Working closely with our Surveying team, you will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring clients receive a first-class experience throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and introducers, including Banks, Brokers, Bridging Lenders, Estate Agents, Solicitors, and Accountants.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to support company growth.
- Work collaboratively with Surveyors to generate and coordinate instructions.
- Ensure the company's sales and account management strategy is delivered effectively.
- Organise and attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions across London and the South East.
- Support marketing initiatives and help raise the profile of the business within the marketplace.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the property sector and market trends.

About You
- An excellent communicator with strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in a client-facing, account management, business development, or property-related role.
- A proactive and organised individual who enjoys developing long-term professional relationships.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities and add value for clients.
- Ideally, you will have experience within the property industry, such as Estate Agency, Property Services, Lending, Surveying, or a related sector.
- Confident attending events and representing the business professionally.
