Working closely with partners, the Corporate Business Development Manager, and colleagues across our international platform, you will help deliver strategic business development initiatives, strengthen client relationships, raise the profile of our practices, and identify new opportunities for growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded business development professional who enjoys building relationships, influencing strategy, and making a tangible impact within a collaborative and highly respected team.
Position responsibilities
- Supporting the implementation of the Labor & Employment, Tax, and Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Business Development plans.
- Working with the Business Group manager and senior executive to translate practice and sector goals into specific BD objectives and tasks.
- Work with partners, the wider BD team, and the Bids team as required to pitch for new business opportunities, draft or co-ordinate the writing of pitch documents and credential statements.
- Collaborate with the Events and BD Operations teams on client events for your practices and affiliated sectors and take responsibility for running practice or sector-specific seminars and networking events.
- Develop and maintain the information necessary to market the groups for which you and the team are responsible, supported by the BD Operations team.

Essential
