Main purpose of job
New business development hunter.
Working in the care sector that includes Care Homes, Neurological Care, Hospices etc.
Product set up, demonstration, training and promotion.
Key responsibilities, duties and tasks
Care group research and business development
- Seeking new business in the LTC care sector
- Attending new business sales meetings set by the BD team.
- Promotion and Demonstration of Accora products and services to care homes and other entities.
- Delivering training to care homes and other entities.
- Delivery, set up and training of products as part of our ‘first delivery’ service.
- Using CRM to keep information and activities logged.
- Promotion of webinars and training to care homes and other entities.
- Drop in visits to care homes and other entities to maintain communication and service levels to Home Managers, Care Teams and Maintenance Teams of existing customers.
- Will include UK travel and may include the need for the odd overnight stay
- May include attendance to conferences.

General expectations
- Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job and participate in appropriate training activities.
- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses.
- Undertake health and safety duties commensurate with the post and as detailed in the Company’s Health and Safety Policy.

- New Business sales experience
- Experience of using Microsoft Office and CRM programmes
- Is able to carry out physically demanding work manoeuvring equipment for set up and demonstration
- Has a general technical ability and is comfortable with set up and build of products.

- Relevant product and industry knowledge

Located to be able to collect products from Cambridgeshire H/O
