As a Business Development / Field Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and distributor success across UK, Ireland and Iceland. Acting as a key link between the business and our distributor network, you will combine data driven insight with strong relationship management to support sustainable growth. Working closely with the Country Director and Senior Manager, Field Sales, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy while staying close to the field.

In This Role You Will

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor leaders and members
  • Conduct regular field visits (in-person and virtual) to gather insights and support growth
  • Analyse sales and recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Translate insights into actionable plans and country-level strategies
  • Deliver impactful presentations, training and 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and initiatives
  • Produce regular reports to track market performance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on priorities and execution
  • Share best practices and drive consistent, scalable success models across markets
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends (approximately 4–5 times per year)

Our Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Sales, field-based or Account Management role, ideally within a distributor/customer-focused environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised, proactive and results driven
  • Confident presenting to groups and working one-to-one
  • Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
