Aramark UK has an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join us on a graduate scheme as a Business Development Manager. You'll be part of a fast-paced and growing team, learning how to identify opportunities, influence stakeholders, and support the growth of our food services operations across the UK.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, supporting tender and proposal processes.
  • Build a strong new-business pipeline through proactive outreach and research.
  • Map and understand target client accounts, building relationships with decision makers.
  • Evaluate opportunities based on revenue potential, geography, and strategic fit.
  • Support the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract signing, working alongside experienced subject matter experts.
  • Contribute to proposal and bid development, coordinating input from internal teams.
  • Work closely with Finance and Operations to help shape commercially viable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (Salesforce) records, ensuring full visibility of pipeline activity.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and professionalism in everything you deliver.

We’re Looking For Graduates Who Are

  • Passionate about sales, business development, or the food services industry
  • Commercially aware and results-driven
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient
  • Strong communicators — verbally, in writing, and in presentations
  • Comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools

A background, degree, or interest in hospitality, food services, business management, or related fields is a bonus — but not essential.
