A strong start in business should teach you how growth is created, not leave you watching from the side. This graduate opportunity gives you practical exposure to client relationships, commercial conversations and the decisions that move a campaign forward.
Sage is expanding its client activity and is looking for an ambitious graduate who wants responsibility, coaching and a clear route into business development. You will learn with experienced managers, contribute to live work and build confidence through regular feedback.
Your first months
The programme begins with campaign knowledge, communication practice and supported customer engagement. As your understanding develops, you will take greater ownership of performance reviews, client updates, account activity and team objectives.
- Learn how to open and develop productive commercial conversations
- Represent client campaigns through professional face-to-face communication
- Review results, customer feedback and campaign trends with your manager
- Support account planning, client reporting and growth activity
- Build negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills

Development with a purpose
Training covers business development, account management, commercial awareness, campaign operations and leadership. It is practical rather than classroom-only. You will apply each area during live work, discuss progress in one-to-one sessions and work towards defined development milestones.
The position is full-time, permanent and on-site, with an immediate start available. The package includes a competitive base salary and performance-related incentives. Exact compensation will be discussed during the selection process.

This role can suit a recent graduate from any discipline who is curious about how organisations win customers, retain accounts and scale. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, responds well to coaching and wants their progress to reflect the quality of their work.

Experience in retail, hospitality, sport, events, recruitment or customer service can be useful, but it is not required. The ability to learn, stay organised and build trust matters more than a particular degree subject.
