Position: Business Development Graduate

Locations: Uxbridge, Birmingham, Manchester, or Newcastle

Start Date: Summer 2027

Our Business Development Graduate programme is a fast-paced, high-reward entry into consultative field sales, giving you an opportunity to become the CEO of your own territory.

What you’ll be doing

  • Territory management: visit customers, manage accounts, and win business through product demonstrations and expert consultative selling.
  • Field / office split: typically 3 field days (client visits & demos) and 2 office days (prospecting, follow-ups, pipeline management).
  • Training & development: begin with an intensive induction combining classroom training and on-the-job mentoring, followed by structured development in sales, leadership, and management.
  • Collaboration: work closely with your team and cross-functional experts to deliver tailored solutions and exceed customer expectations.

Who you are

  • A degree in any discipline
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a commercial mindset
  • Strong communicator able to build rapport with technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Eligible to work in the UK by Summer 2027
