About Nextwave

Nextwave is a specialized creative strategy and positioning agency helping early-stage Music AI & MusicTech startups turn their advanced technology into clear market positioning, solid value propositions, and measurable growth. We bridge the gap between complex engineering and commercial storytelling.

The Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and proactive Business Development & Growth Executive to help us expand our client base across the UK, Europe, and the US. Your exclusive target will be early-stage tech founders who have a great product but struggle with marketing narrative and positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, map, and identify early-stage Music AI, audio tech, and MusicTech companies that need market positioning.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, tech communities, and outbound email.
  • Start personalized, high-value conversations with technical founders and CEOs (no automated slop).
  • Book discovery calls and support the sales process through to conversion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
