Business Development & Growth Manager — Cosmetic Surgery

North Bristol Private Hospital | Bristol | 30 hours per week

Location: 150 Aztec West, Bristol, BS32 4UB / flexible hybrid working

Salary: £33,600–£42,400 per year (FTE £42,000–£53,000), depending on experience and results

Reports to: Hospital Operations Manager & Medical Director / Owner

The Opportunity

North Bristol Private Hospital is seeking a commercially driven Business Development & Growth Manager to generate measurable growth across cosmetic surgery and other suitable consultant-led services.

This is a hands-on, target-driven role focused on attracting surgeons, developing referral partnerships, generating high-quality patient enquiries and managing the commercial pipeline. You will own the top of the patient-acquisition funnel, ensuring leads are captured, allocated promptly and tracked through to consultation, procedure and revenue.

What success looks like

  • More approved surgeons
  • Productive operating lists
  • Qualified patient leads
  • Effective referral partnerships
  • Clear evidence that commercial activity is generating procedures and revenue

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach and develop consultant surgeons who can bring appropriate recurring activity to the hospital.
  • Build productive referral relationships and identify commercially viable services, partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and deliver lead-generation activity across social media, digital channels, the website, email, events and partnerships.
  • Coordinate specialist agencies and suppliers while retaining accountability for performance and return on investment.
  • Ensure every market-generated lead is captured, sourced and allocated promptly to the Patient Advisor, with a reliable audit trail.
  • Maintain an accurate CRM and pipeline covering patient leads, campaigns, surgeons, referral partners and new services.
  • Track lead quality, response times, conversion, procedures, revenue, marketing return and surgeon-development progress.
  • Use data to correct underperformance, stop ineffective activity and invest in channels that produce results.
  • Represent the hospital professionally and ensure promotional activity is ethical, accurate and compliant.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
