Business Development / Head of Growth

Clarity Outsourcing Group is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven individual to build new relationships and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

Clarity is one of the United Kingdom’s leading neutral vendor workforce solutions providers. We combine deep industry expertise with cutting edge proprietary technology to give organisations greater compliance, visibility and insight across their temporary labour supply chains.

We have a strong client portfolio spanning a diverse range of sectors and deliver workforce solutions across the United Kingdom, EMEA and APAC.

With our own innovative Vendor Management System, an established market presence and ambitious plans for the future, this is an exciting opportunity to join Clarity at a pivotal point in our journey.

The opportunity

This is a highly visible and hands on role focused on building relationships, creating new opportunities and introducing more organisations to the value Clarity can deliver.

You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team, gaining exposure to business strategy, technology and operations while making a genuine and measurable contribution to our growth.

We are open minded about the level of experience required. You may already be an established business development professional or you may be ready to take the next step in your sales career. What matters most is your confidence, energy and ability to turn new conversations into trusted, long term commercial relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
