Role Description
The Business Development Intern role at Arventa is a full-time remote position focused on supporting growth and customer acquisition efforts. In this role, the intern will:

- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads
- Conduct market research to understand user needs and competitive trends
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and related tools
- Help prepare outreach materials
- Participate in prospect communication
- Support customer service interactions to ensure a positive experience for potential and existing users

Day-to-day tasks may also include:
- Collecting feedback from prospects
- Analyzing basic performance data
- Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales approaches
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects and support users professionally
- Ability in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential customers and understand market dynamics
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing CRM entries and follow-up activities
- Comfort working in a remote, digital-first environment, with proactive time management and self-motivation
- Interest in startups, small business operations, or SaaS platforms; previous internship or project experience is a plus
- Basic proficiency with online productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaboration platforms)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
