Role Description
This is an internship role for a Business Development Intern in a hybrid arrangement based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for work from home. The intern will support prospecting and lead generation activities, including identifying potential partners, clients, and strategic opportunities. Daily tasks include:

- Conducting market research
- Compiling insights on trends affecting youth work, earning, and learning
- Preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Assisting with outreach campaigns
- Maintaining CRM data
- Providing responsive customer service to prospective and current partners

The role involves collaborating closely with business development and strategy teams to refine value propositions and contribute to proposal development.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic recommendations.
- Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for outreach, presentations, and internal collaboration.
- Experience or interest in Lead Generation, including researching prospects, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining accurate records.
- Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and summarize information on industries, competitors, and target segments.
- Customer Service orientation, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Interest in youth-focused innovation, impact ventures, or the future of work, earning, and learning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a hybrid environment.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM or data-tracking tools) is beneficial.
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferred, but candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
