Role Description
The Business Development Intern will support the growth and outreach efforts of Blackmont Consulting Cyprus Branch in a remote internship role. Day-to-day activities include researching potential partner organizations, identifying collaboration opportunities, and maintaining databases of leads and contacts. The intern will assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and outreach materials, as well as contributing to communications and social media efforts that promote the branch’s initiatives. Responsibilities may also involve coordinating virtual meetings, supporting relationship management with existing partners, and contributing to strategy discussions on how to expand the branch’s impact.

Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical abilities, including the capacity to synthesize information and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft outreach messages, presentations, and reports in clear, professional language.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, track leads, and support projects in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of business development, consulting, or nonprofit operations; interest in social impact and community-focused initiatives.
- Comfort using digital tools such as office productivity suites, online collaboration platforms, and customer relationship or contact management tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a diverse, international team of students and mentors.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or postgraduate program; prior experience in student organizations, volunteering, or project work is an advantage.
- Professional fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
