Edgworth Partners Job Opportunity

Edgworth Partners is working with an established global alternative investment firm seeking to appoint a mid-level Business Development and Investor Relations professional to its London team.

The firm invests across GP stakes and supports a range of alternative investment strategies spanning hedge funds and absolute return, private credit, venture capital, real assets and other private-market strategies. Its institutional client programmes include commingled funds, separately managed accounts and complex, highly customised investment solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will help manage and develop several of the firm’s most important institutional client relationships. Working closely with senior leadership, the role combines proactive account management, investor servicing and commercial relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for a portfolio of sophisticated institutional investors
  • Supporting client relationships across bespoke mandates, SMAs, commingled funds and complex GP stakes investment programmes
  • Preparing for client meetings and coordinating follow-up activity across investment, strategy and fund operations teams
  • Managing complex, multi-part client requests and exercising good judgement over when to escalate matters
  • Overseeing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes, ensuring all communications are accurate and client-ready
  • Managing the quarterly investor letter process and contributing to relevant market commentary
  • Responding to investor questions relating to performance, exposures, pacing, portfolio construction, fund structures and fee calculations
  • Maintaining account plans and identifying opportunities to broaden relationships through additional strategies or customised solutions
  • Supporting RFPs and contributing to improvements in the firm’s investor-relations processes and systems

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
