About The Opportunity
We are seeking an outgoing, community-minded Business Development & Brand Ambassador to generate qualified opportunities for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects.
You will represent our company at home shows, farmers' markets, trade shows, community events, networking opportunities, and through local outreach. Your primary goal is to connect with homeowners, understand their remodeling needs, pre-qualify potential projects, and schedule design consultations for the sales team.
This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating new business. There is no base salary. Building the pipeline is a must, and expenses will be covered. You will be assigned a region and territory for coverage.
What You’ll Do
- Generate remodeling leads through community events, networking, referral relationships, local businesses, and proactive outreach
- Speak with homeowners about their kitchen and bathroom remodeling goals
- Pre-qualify prospective clients using a company-provided questionnaire
- Schedule qualified homeowners for initial design consultations
- Enter appointments and lead details accurately into the company CRM
- Notify the sales team promptly when qualified appointments are scheduled
- Represent the company at home shows, farmers markets, trade shows, and approved community events
- Support approved pre-event, live-event, and post-event social media promotion
- Use company-approved messaging, promotions, and marketing materials
- Track lead sources, appointments, attendance, and project outcomes

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Business cards, raffle entries, duplicate contacts, vendor solicitations, and unverified names without clear remodeling interest are not considered qualified leads.
Compensation
This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary.
Example: Fifteen attended consultations would generate $2,250 in appointment compensation. Four closed projects averaging a $600 bonus would add approximately $2,400, for illustrative monthly earnings of $4,650.
This example is not a guarantee. Actual earnings depend on qualified appointments, homeowner attendance, contract values, closed projects, and individual performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, networking, appointment setting, community outreach, field marketing, or consultative sales
- Remodeling, construction, real estate, design, or home-services experience is helpful but not required
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Ability to start conversations and build trust with homeowners
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfort asking project qualification and investment-related questions
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Willingness to attend selected evening and weekend events
- Reliable local transportation
- Ability to use email, social media, a smartphone, and CRM software
- Commitment to confidentiality, consumer privacy, and professional brand standards
Approved Business Expenses
The company pays pre-approved booth and table fees for authorized events. Certain approved local mileage and marketing expenses may be reimbursable with prior written approval and proper documentation.
Hotels, meals, entertainment, and out-of-area travel are not reimbursed unless the company provides advance written authorization.
Why Join Us?
- Flexible, autonomous schedule
- Performance-based earning potential
- Great family owned and operated team
- Opportunity to build valuable relationships in the local community
- Company-provided qualification tools and marketing materials
- Approved event opportunities sponsored by the company
- Direct connection between your performance and compensation
- Opportunity to help homeowners begin meaningful remodeling projects
