Business Development Lead UK — Global Cloud Provider | London | Up to £350K OTE

Our client is one of the three largest cloud providers in the world. Globally, the business is established. In the UK, the enterprise business is still being built. You'll put together and lead the team that opens up the market: choosing which accounts to go after, how to approach them, and how to turn pipeline into serious revenue. You get plenty of autonomy, short lines to leadership, and the budget to do it properly.

What you'll do

  • Lead and grow a team of Business Development Managers
  • Build pipeline in UK enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Own targets, forecasting and the sales playbook
  • Stay hands-on in strategic deals where it matters
  • Work closely with partner, marketing and HQ teams

What you bring

  • 8+ years in business development or sales at a cloud, SaaS or infra vendor
  • 4+ years leading a SaaS sales team
  • A strong UK enterprise network
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding targets, including as a manager
  • You're comfortable with international stakeholders and a fast-moving scale-up setting inside a big brand
