Business Development Lead

You know the corporate space. You know where the budgets sit. But if you are tired of selling the same predictable, copy-and-paste formats, it is time for an upgrade.

Independent, and staying that way

Independent, founder-led, and fiercely free from the corporate red tape of recent industry mergers, this studio operates on a different level.

While competitors get swallowed up by holding groups, this team stays true to what they do best - building the extraordinary.

Their mantelpiece is stacked with the actual crème de la crème of global recognition - multiple Grammys, Emmys, BAFTAs, Cannes Lions and D&AD Pencils. Real proof, zero pay-to-play vanity awards.

The studio

They started in digital, evolved into physical builds, and built a global reputation creating jaw-dropping experiential work.

Their client list says the rest. A sportswear brand that shows up on shirts in every stadium. A confectionery house behind the chocolate under everyone's Christmas tree. One of the biggest names in consumer tech.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
