Business Development Lead
On behalf of our Client, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to help expand an innovative digital platform focused on real-world assets (RWA) and fractional real-estate participation. The platform brings together real estate, blockchain technology, and digital finance to make property investment opportunities easier to discover, understand, and access.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across real estate, RWA, tokenization, fintech, and digital investment markets
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, real-estate operators, investment firms, financial organizations, and other potential partners
- Source and evaluate potential real-estate opportunities that could be introduced through the platform
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners from initial outreach through partnership development
- Establish relationships with blockchain infrastructure providers, wallet providers, payment platforms, tokenization providers, and other technology partners
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Real Estate teams to translate partnership opportunities into actionable initiatives

Requirements
- 10+ years of overall professional experience in business development, partnerships, sales, commercial strategy, real estate, fintech, investment, technology, or related fields
- At least 3 years of professional experience working with blockchain, Web3, digital assets, tokenization
- Previous experience in a Business Development Lead, Business Development Manager, Partnerships Lead, Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Lead, Account Executive, or similar role
- Demonstrated success developing new business relationships and converting opportunities into strategic partnerships
- Strong experience with partner sourcing, relationship management, business negotiations, and commercial discussions
- Experience building and managing a business development pipeline from prospect identification through partnership execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where the RWA and digital-asset markets continue to evolve
