Job Title: Business Development Lead

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience

Location: Hybrid (Offices based in Central London)

About Conc3pt

Conc3pt is a London creative agency working across event production, PR, brand activations, licensing and influencer/press trips. We partner with major brands and retailers, including Frasers Group and Flannels, to deliver high-profile activations, from World Cup viewing events to influencer staycations and community sports campaigns.

We're looking for someone to join our dynamic team and take full ownership of new business and grow Conc3pt London's existing client portfolio.

About the Role

This role holds sole responsibility for new business at Conc3pt London, from identifying and approaching prospects through to closing new accounts. You'll be the driving force behind our growth, bringing your own network and instincts for where the next opportunity sits.

It's a role for someone who thrives on autonomy and is genuinely energised by the chase. Support on shaping pitches is a welcome bonus, but the core of the role is relationships and deal-closing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
