How will you make an impact? Pipeline ownership: Drive new client acquisition through structured prospecting, targeted outreach, and high-quality discovery conversations with senior decision-makers across UK FMCG organisations End-to-end sales execution: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close, delivering against revenue targets with accurate forecasting Commercial storytelling: Deliver effective sales presentations that articulate the value and differentiation of Quantium's data and analytics solutions for both data-savvy teams and senior commercial audiences Market intelligence: Analyse client and market trends to identify growth opportunities, and share competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders to inform how we develop and position our solutions Collaborative selling: Work closely with category leads and internal stakeholders to develop tailored propositions — contributing to reusable sales assets, case studies, and pitch materials based on front-line experience The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team Sales track record: 5+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets — background in retail, CPG, or consumer insights consulting FMCG commercial acumen: Solid understanding of how FMCG organisations use data and analytics to drive commercial decisions, with the ability to build a credible and compelling value proposition Consultative approach: Ability to conduct high-quality needs analysis with senior stakeholders, translating business challenges into clear solutions Self-directed and organised: You manage your own pipeline proactively, keep stakeholders informed, and bring strong deal negotiation and structuring experience Communication skills: Excellent presentation and persuasion skills with the ability to adapt your style for both analytical and commercial audiences CRM proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting Remember - you might not tick all the boxes, but don't let that stop you from applying. We're more interested in how you work, your ability to solve problems and think big. What could your Quantium experience look like? Working at Quantium will allow you to challenge your imagination. You will get to solve complex problems using rigour, precision and by asking great questions - but it also means you can think big, outside the box and push your problem-solving skills to the max. By joining the Quantium team, you'll get to: Forge your path: So many of our team have moved around different teams or offices. You'll be in the driver's seat, and we empower you to make your career your own. Find your kind: Embrace diversity and connect with your tribe (think foodies, dog lovers, readers, or runners). Make an impact: Leave your mark. Your contributions resonate, regardless of your role or rank. On top of the Quantium experience, you will enjoy a range of great benefits that go beyond the ordinary. Some of these include: Hybrid work arrangement: Work flexibly with 3 days in our office or client site and 2 days from home, balancing collaboration with focused work time Bonus scheme: Competitive remuneration with attractive bonus opportunities Private medical insurance: Imagine having access to convenient medical treatments without the hassle of waiting lists. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
