UKSE Group Limited is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Lead / Manager to drive growth across the water, wastewater, power, and energy-from-waste sectors throughout the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional with industry knowledge and a strong network of contacts to identify new opportunities, develop key client relationships, and support the continued expansion of our recruitment, labour supply, and engineering services operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Generate new opportunities within water, wastewater, power, and EfW markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, utilities, and asset owners.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and support tender submissions.
- Work closely with operational teams to maximise service delivery and client retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven business development or sales experience within engineering, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of the UK water, wastewater, power, or energy-from-waste markets.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of winning new business.
