By combining deep structured finance expertise with practical AI implementation, the company delivers innovation programs, executive workshops, industry events, AI strategy, governance, training, and product development for leading financial institutions.
As a fast-growing organization, they are seeking an experienced commercial leader to expand their presence within the European structured finance market.
The Role
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for driving commercial growth within the Structured Finance community across Europe.
This role focuses on developing strategic relationships, generating new business opportunities, and building a sustainable sales pipeline while working closely with the founders to shape the company's go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Develop new commercial relationships with banks, asset managers, fintech companies, and financial infrastructure providers across Europe.
- Identify opportunities for:
- AI strategy engagements
- Executive workshops
- Innovation programs
- Training initiatives
- Build and manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close new business opportunities.
Relationship Management
- Represent the company at:
- Structured Finance conferences
- Industry events
- Meetups
- Client engagements
- Expand the company's network within the European financial services sector.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with technology providers, industry associations, and ecosystem partners.

- Support the long-term growth of the commercial function.
Qualifications
- Strong network within the European financial services or securitization community.
- Experience working with:
- Investment banks
- Asset managers
- Fintech companies
- Capital markets organizations
- Proven experience selling consulting services, enterprise software, or technology solutions to senior executives.
- Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage company.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, financial technology, and emerging technologies.
