As a Business Development Leader, you will scale a high-performing BDR team for a Series B AI startup revolutionizing the hospitality sector. This player-coach role combines individual pipeline generation with strategic leadership, allowing you to build playbooks, coach reps, and directly shape the commercial growth of an agentic AI ecosystem during a period of rapid international expansion.

What You Will Do
- Act as a player-coach, maintaining a personal pipeline-generation quota while managing and coaching a growing team of BDRs.
- Build and refine outbound sales playbooks, cadences, and execution strategies in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
- Own the end-to-end pipeline generation process, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing & Growth to drive commercial scaling.
The ideal candidate
- At least 1 year of experience leading a BDR or SDR team within a venture-backed startup environment (Series A-C).
- Proven track record of personally driving outbound pipeline as an Individual Contributor before moving into a leadership role.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-native tools and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced, ambiguous environment of a scaling company.
