Wireless Industry Solution Expert
As the Wireless Industry Solution Expert, you will be the strategic business and technical leader interfacing between wireless customers and Keysight’s internal organizations. You will drive business growth through executive engagement, customer advocacy, market insight, and cross-solution orchestration. This is a high-impact role that combines domain expertise, business acumen, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor to wireless customers and eco-system, with a focus on the Europe and Middle East market
- Uncover, shape, and accelerate strategic opportunities that leverage Keysight’s full product and solution portfolio as the industry evolves from 5G to 6G, with demand driven by Artificial Intelligence
- Working in partnership with the Sales team, help define and execute account strategies aligned with long-term company goals

Customer & Strategic Account Leadership
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships (engineering, procurement, R&D, strategy) with top accounts
- Uncover near-term and strategic opportunities, and coordinate internally with cross functional to advance them
- Co-lead, with Sales leaders, on collaboration structure and pipeline clarity
- Continuously monitor bookings and revenue performance; escalate or engage business leadership for high-stakes technical or strategic discussions
- Drive gains in market share by integrating and orchestrating multi-domain Keysight solutions (hardware, software, services)
- Collaborate with Account Managers and business leaders to co-develop multi-year account plans and feed insights to the technical teams
- Iterate and refine your account engagement model over time, learning from successes, failures, and evolving market dynamics
Market Intelligence & Influence
- Act as Keysight’s eyes and ears on the ground: regularly gather, analyze, and report trends in the operators vertical (growth forecasts, technology shifts, customer priorities, competitor moves)
- Provide “outside-in” insights to internal teams—product planning, go-to-market, centers of excellence—so Keysight remains ahead of market needs
Strategic Customer Programs & Solution Adoption
- Initiate and lead early-stage engagements with wireless operators and ecosystem partners to validate and adopt new solutions
- Fully understand customer technical and business priorities; shape and articulate tailored solutions that align with their strategic roadmaps
- Map the wireless ecosystem—vendors, partners, customers—and build relationships that support Keysight’s influence and market penetration

Cross-Functional Alignment & Internal Enablement
- Synthesize sales feedback and market data into coherent go-to-market strategies and business cases
- Work with solution group leads to prioritize growth opportunities and align internal resources to enable the business accordingly
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years in the wireless / communications / test & measurement industry, with substantial customer-facing and technical leadership experience
- Strong track record of technical sales, solution consulting, or application engineering at a senior level
- Deep domain knowledge of wireless technologies (e.g. 4G, 5G, mmWave, sub-6, protocols, radio channel modeling, calibration, OTA, etc.)
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, standardization, or technology strategy preferred
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills at executive levels
- Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as needed
- Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to work in ambiguity with creativity
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability, with the ability to make sound decisions, overcome obstacles, and deliver timely results under demanding business conditions
