Role Description
The part-time remote Business Development Manager at FK Consulting Talent will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support revenue growth initiatives. This role includes researching target markets, developing outreach strategies, preparing proposals, and managing the sales pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will conduct virtual meetings and presentations, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates and insights to leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with delivery teams to ensure client needs are met, maintaining accurate CRM records, and continuously refining business development processes to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in business development, consulting, staffing, or professional services is beneficial.
- Remote Work Capability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
