Business Development Manager – Home Care
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + Uncapped Commission
Full-time | Multi-site role | East Anglia
ACC Group is a forward-thinking home care provider seeking new opportunities to grow our existing brands and service lines across multiple regions within East Anglia.
A Class Care, part of ACC Group, was established in 2012 and provides a range of home care and support services to older people, adults with learning disabilities, people living with dementia, and younger adults.
Growth and expansion form an important part of our strategy, and we now have an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.
The Role
As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, generating leads, and converting opportunities into sustainable commercial growth.
You will manage and develop existing accounts while proactively creating new relationships and opportunities across our service areas.

The role will include:
- Generating and developing new business opportunities
- Building relationships with new and existing referral partners
- Managing leads from initial enquiry through to conversion
- Developing and maintaining existing client and referrer accounts
- Identifying opportunities to grow our existing services and enter new markets
- Attending networking events, meetings, and promotional events
- Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Working closely with operational and marketing teams to support business growth
- Travelling between our locations and target areas across East Anglia
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated and commercially driven
- Target focused with a strong desire to achieve results
- A natural people person and confident relationship builder
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Experienced in lead generation, lead conversion, and account management
- Confident using CRM and other sales/business development systems
- Experienced within a sales, business development, or recruitment sales environment

Previous experience within home care, healthcare, or adult social care would be advantageous but is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates from strong sales or recruitment backgrounds who can demonstrate the ability to build relationships and generate commercial growth.
Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
