Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Salary
£45,000 to £55,000 - plus £10,000 - £20,000 Performance Related Bonus (OTE £55,000 to £75,000)

Main Purpose of Job
As a BDM, you will be responsible for driving business growth and securing a wide range of sales opportunities for Innovus across our key services.
Our customers range from B2B relationships with some of the largest stakeholders in the UK property sector, to B2C relationships with individual customers and residents.
This role can be based at either our London or New Milton offices. It is a hybrid role and you will be required to be office based 3 or 4 days a week.
Position in Organisation
Reporting to the Director of Business Development. You will have no direct reports, but there is already 1x Sales Executive who is a more junior position that will collaborate and work alongside you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Responding to inbound sales enquiries and being the first point of contact for prospective new customers, understanding their requirements and qualifying the opportunity with a consultative selling approach.
- Work closely with Director of Business Development to develop and execute outbound lead generation campaigns, as well as identify and pursue strategic partnerships
- Collaborating with each business unit senior teams to submit tailored quotes, proposals and support with tenders.
- Support the Director of Business Development and Operations Directors to deliver impactful presentations to potential clients
- Ensuring effective follow-up on each qualified opportunity and a proactive approach to winning new business deals.
- Work in collaboration with Marketing to provide insight into lead generation marketing campaign effectiveness, and other outbound campaigns as required.
- Support the Director of Business Development with identifying and pursue cross selling and new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s position in the UK market.
- Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and client engagements.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in sales or business development, with a track record of driving growth, achieving targets and possessing strong commercial and financial acumen essential.
- Prior experience and an understanding of providing services within the residential property sector helpful, although not essential
- Demonstrable hands on proficiency using CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including excel and Powerpoint essential
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail; the ability to understand the overall business and strategy, and drive execution of strategy into tactical action
- A proven ability to create strong and productive relationships at senior buyer levels within an organization
- Ability to prioritize and manage various projects based on the current business requirements and landscape
