THE ROLE:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business within an hour's radius of Milton Keynes, selling lift service and maintenance contracts into commercial buildings and high-rise residential developments. Working directly with end users and facilities management companies, you will manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities and securing meetings through to presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing business. This is a true new business role with ambitious growth targets and the support of experienced internal teams including service, projects, quotations, and service engineers.

LOCATION:

Remote role covering an hour's radius of Milton Keynes. You will spend one day per month in the Head Office near Dartford.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least two years' B2B sales experience within the lift & elevator industry
  • Strong new business development and full sales cycle experience
  • Comfortable engaging Facilities Managers, Estates Managers, and Building Managers
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Motivated by building a territory and being recognised for success

THE PACKAGE:

  • £45,000-£55,000 basic salary
  • £20,000 OTE, paid quarterly
  • £5,400 car allowance
  • 25 days' holiday
  • Pension (4% employer / 5% employee)
  • Life assurance (3x salary)
