2x Business Development Managers | Healthcare + Government Sector
UK - Fully Remote
I'm currently supporting an exciting growth journey and we're looking for two highly connected Business Development Managers to help drive new business across key Public Sector markets.
⚠️ These are two distinct opportunities, and sector expertise is essential.
🏥 Business Development Manager - Healthcare
We're looking for someone with a strong Healthcare background, ideally with experience within the NHS, NHS England, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Healthcare Trusts or related organisations. You'll leverage your network and industry knowledge to open doors, build strategic relationships and help organisations unlock value through Data, Analytics and AI solutions. Genuine Healthcare subject matter expertise and an established network are key.

🏛️ Business Development Manager - Central Government
We're also seeking a Central Government sales specialist with a proven track record of winning new business within a specific government department or agency. This is a true hunter role, ideal for someone who understands government procurement frameworks, has a strong network of senior stakeholders and can build significant opportunities from the ground up.
What we're looking for:
- ✅ Established network within either Healthcare or Central Government
- ✅ Proven ability to develop new business and create opportunities
- ✅ Experience selling technology, data, analytics, AI or consulting solutions preferred
- ✅ Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- ✅ Commercially driven with a proactive, self-starting mindset
- ✅ Experience engaging with Microsoft and partner ecosystems is highly advantageous
