Creative Process Digital is a specialist training provider that helps employers build AI and digital skills for the 21st century.
Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time or part-time role responsible for driving growth for our AI for Employees training programme. AI for Employees offers £2250 per employee of Government grant funding to get properly trained in AI. The role is based on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities from employers and businesses to train their teams/employees (at no cost to them).

We have a budget of £1M to spend in 2026/27 which equates to a target of 450 employees enrolling on our free AI training offer. For example, this could be 1 large team or 9 teams of circa 50 employees per company.

Strong basic salary of £40k and achievable commission up to an additional £40k.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within education, training, or professional services.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage employers and decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfort working with Hubspot CRM and using data to track performance and inform strategy.
- Understanding of the digital, creative, and tech landscape and how AI is a game changer for how employees work.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and enthusiasm for supporting skills development and career progression for a diverse range of people.
