About Flightline Media
Flightline Media is a specialist Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising company, connecting premium brands with aircraft owners, pilots and high-net-worth individuals through a network of luxury digital advertising screens across the UK.
Our screens are strategically located within airports, Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), maintenance organisations, supercar dealerships and other premium venues, giving advertisers direct access to a unique and influential audience.
As part of the Flightline Group, we're entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help expand our advertiser portfolio and grow the business.
We're not looking for someone to simply fill a vacancy, we're looking for someone who wants to help build the future of Flightline Media.

Job Overview
We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to generate new business, build long-term client relationships and grow advertising revenue across our premium digital screen network.
This is a hands-on role involving outbound sales, client meetings, networking and account management. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and play an important role in the continued growth of Flightline Media.

Location
Hybrid – Kent
This role combines office, home and field-based working, with regular travel across the UK. You'll be expected to work from our Kent office at least one day per week. As Flightline Media continues to expand, there may also be opportunities for European travel.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete sales process from prospecting through to account management and renewals.
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking.
- Research and approach prospective advertisers across aviation, luxury and premium lifestyle sectors.
- Arrange and attend client meetings across the UK.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using our CRM.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements and close new business.
- Manage client relationships, renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Represent Flightline Media at exhibitions and industry events.
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand Flightline Media's network by securing new premium screen locations and commercial partnerships.
- Work with the leadership team to identify new commercial opportunities and help grow the business.
Success Measures
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
- Generate consistent new business.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Increase Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
- Develop long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
- Contribute ideas that support the continued growth of Flightline Media.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales.
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers in the corporate sector and winning new business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and commercially minded.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Full UK driving licence with no convictions and willingness to travel throughout the UK.
Experience within advertising, media, aviation or luxury brands is advantageous but not essential.
