Business Development Manager
The Role
An established specialist contract cleaning business is looking for a Business Development Manager to win tenders and convert quotes for cleaning services across community spaces, with a major focus on local, town and county councils.
You'll manage incoming RFQs and tenders while also generating your own leads, with contract values ranging from £30,000 to £1m and an average value of around £100,000. The role involves regular travel to customer sites and requires a self-sufficient, entrepreneurial approach.

Requirements
- Experience selling FM services, ideally contract cleaning
- Alternatively, experience selling modular or prefabricated buildings
- Confident managing tenders and developing new business
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and commercially focused
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
