Business Development Manager

Financial Education | HR & Reward Sales

Location: Hybrid – 3 days in our Lombard Street, London office

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped, lucrative commission

Hours: Full-time

Drive the future of workplace financial wellbeing.

At AAG, we’re on a mission to make financial education accessible, relevant and genuinely impactful. We’re a fast-paced, high-growth business — ambitious, entrepreneurial and constantly evolving. But we’re also a close-knit, collaborative team that enjoys what we do. We work hard, celebrate wins, support each other and genuinely care about making a difference for our clients and their employees.

As demand for financial wellbeing continues to rise, we’re scaling our corporate Financial Education offering — and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who knows how to sell into HR and Reward teams.

This is not an account management role.

This is about building pipeline, opening doors, influencing senior stakeholders and closing strategic partnerships.

The Opportunity

You’ll take ownership of new business growth within our Financial Education division. You’ll identify, engage and convert mid-size and enterprise organisations, positioning AAG as a trusted partner in financial wellbeing. You’ll build relationships with HR Directors, Heads of Reward, Benefits Managers and People Leaders — understanding their challenges and shaping commercially strong, outcome-focused solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
