🚀 Business Development Manager - ECM / Document Management Software
📍 UK based hybrid role, travel across the UK & to HQ in Reading
💷 £45,000-65,000 basic (d.o.e) + car allowance + commission
Are you a driven BDM with a passion for helping businesses transform the way they work?
Do you have experience selling platforms like Tungsten, OnBase, DocuWare, M-Files or other similar BPA solutions? OR have you sold CRM, ERP software or other SAAS platforms which improve business processes?
We’re supporting a business with the introduction of a new business BDM to focus on sales across their software solution portfolio.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise sectors
- Building relationships with C-level stakeholders and understanding their operational pain points
- Collaborating with Pre-Sales and Marketing to deliver tailored solution presentations
- Managing a consultative sales cycle, from initial discovery through to signed contract
- Representing powerful players in the sector that drive real world efficiency, compliance and ROI

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally within BPA, ECM, DMS or workflow automation, but also open to other SAAS platforms
- Experience selling platforms like Tungsten, OnBase, DocuWare, M-Files, or comparable solutions is highly advantageous
- Confident managing longer, solution-led sales cycles and engaging at senior decision-making levels
- Self-starter mindset with strong commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
- Based in the UK (remote/hybrid with occasional travel to Reading)
