About Wattle

At Wattle, we empower membership organisations to thrive in a digital-first world.

Through our MemEx platform - combining Dynamics 365 CRM, the Umbraco CMS, Member Portals, and AI - we help organisations deliver exceptional member experiences, streamline operations and unlock deeper business insight.

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to play a central role in Wattle's continued growth. You'll own our commercial pipeline, managing bids, proposals and pitches while ensuring opportunities are professionally managed from qualification through to close.

Your Role

Working closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and senior leadership team, you'll manage new and repeat business opportunities, lead the development of compelling bids and proposals, and actively participate in pitches and demonstrations.

You'll represent Wattle at conferences, exhibitions and industry events, helping communicate our vision for the future of membership technology and AI-powered transformation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional who is comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, taking ownership of their work and contributing directly to Wattle's future success.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
