About the role
You will join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and manage the full sales process by sourcing and qualifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and scaling our portfolio. You constantly communicate with senior leaders within their portfolio of clients, helping them to get the most out of the platform and their expert relationships. By investing time to understand our clients’ needs, we can consistently deliver high-quality service and develop products that improve the way they gather insights from experts.

Successful sales professionals are highly commercial people who have an interest and a strong skill set in acquiring new clients and in building high-quality professional relationships. If you are someone who is excited by a fast-paced environment and interacting with senior leaders, this is the ideal position for you.
Key responsibilities you will be in charge of
- Research and analyze EU market trends, industry developments, and potential client segments to identify new business opportunities
- Prospect, manage, and forecast new business pipeline along with EU commercial team leadership
- Correspond with clients via discovery calls, outreach, etc. to understand their unique needs and potential use cases to create compelling value propositions
- Identify and engage inactive or potential new users across priority accounts to increase utilization of Arbolus offerings
- Drive business initiatives for account growth such as navigating account renewal, upselling, or identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Act as a liaison between clients and Arbolus delivery and technology teams to ensure client requests are executed quickly and effectively
About you
We are seeking a curious and ambitious candidate with a deep desire to learn, achieve success, and contribute to Arbolus’ business growth. The ideal individual possesses excellent commercial and client-facing skills, is outgoing and self-motivated, and demonstrates a proven ability to challenge the status quo.
Requirements to succeed in this role
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B enterprise/software sales or professional services. Expert network experience (mandatory)
- Experience in leading teams and working cross-functionally across various business units
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
