BDM – Manchester
Salary: £35,000 + OTE £80,000 (Uncapped Commission)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with one Saturday shift per month (4 hours).
We are seeking a motivated BDM to join our growing team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and being rewarded for their performance.
The Role:
As a BDM, you will be responsible for converting warm, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients. You will conduct client demos, provide expert product insights, and contribute to the growth and success of the business through your sales achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Conduct engaging client demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Manage and develop your sales pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with alternate teams to maximise opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance to clients.
- Analyse data to inform sales strategy and decision-making.
- Maintain a high-energy and professional approach on the sales floor.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, ideally in a consultative or B2B environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- FCA experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual targets.
