Business Development Manager
Location: Bristol (BS1 4HX)
Summary of the role:
This is a fast-paced, new business-focused Business Development Manager role where you’ll take ownership of your own pipeline, proactively open new doors and win new university partnerships. You’ll be selling Study International, our established global student recruitment platform, trusted by universities for over 15 years to increase international brand awareness, generate high-quality leads and recruit students globally. What you'll do:
- Drive new business by proactively identifying, prospecting and engaging new university partners.
- Build and manage your own pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and creative prospecting.
- Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation and discovery through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Understand prospective clients’ recruitment goals and pitch tailored advertising and lead generation solutions across Study International.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, overcoming objections and keeping opportunities moving.
- Own your number, maintaining consistent new business activity and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in B2B new business development
- A proven track record of winning high-value sales.
- Excellent commercial, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
