An ambitious and fast-growing business specialising in high-value alternative assets is looking for a relationship-driven Private Client Executive to join its expanding sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to join a growing business with access to a substantial database of warm leads, while also building and developing their own portfolio of high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building through to consultative sales and long-term account management.

The role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a business development environment, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential while maintaining a genuinely client-first approach.

This role requires 4 days onsite in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals through a combination of warm leads, networking, referrals, and self-generated business.
  • Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
  • Deliver a consultative sales experience, educating clients on high-value physical assets and presenting tailored solutions aligned to their objectives.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and long-term account growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the client journey.
  • Ensure all client communications are accurate, compliant, and focused on building long-term trust.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
