Reports to: UK Regional Sales Director
Language Requirements: English

Purpose of the role:

At Easee, we're building technology that makes electrification effortless. Our products and solutions are used across Europe, and our success depends on attracting talented people who share our ambition, curiosity, and commitment to delivering great results.

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to build new business and grow strategic partnerships across the UK. This is a hunter role. You'll be creating pipelines from scratch and building out current channels, meeting potential partners face to face and opening doors that haven't been opened before.

This is a pivotal role in Easee's growth journey, bringing our current and future proposition to an emerging market and helping deliver effortless electrification for all.

You'll work closely with marketing to scope out potential markets, test where the real opportunity sits, and build the pipeline that turns those markets into long-term partnerships.

What you will do:

New Business Development (80%)

  • Research and map out the UK market, testing hypotheses about where the best opportunities live before committing time to them
  • Build and own your own pipeline from 0-1: prospecting, outbound outreach, and drilling into new segments to identify new clients and partners
  • Run full-cycle sales from first outreach through negotiation, proposal, and close, comfortable with long, considered sales cycles
  • Take calculated chances on new verticals and untapped markets, learn fast from what works and what doesn't
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful partner integration
  • Represent Easee at industry events, building brand awareness and forging new alliances

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
