Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Haywards Heath. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, and develop strategies to expand Cintelo’s presence in target markets. Responsibilities include leading sales conversations, delivering product presentations and demos, collaborating with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions, and preparing proposals and commercial terms. The role also involves tracking pipeline activities, analyzing market trends and competitor offerings, contributing to revenue forecasts, and representing Cintelo at industry events and meetings.

  • Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing new business.
  • Experience with account management, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement in B2B technology environments.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical products, ideally in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • Skills in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning to inform go-to-market activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with strong listening and consultative selling skills.
  • Proven capability in pipeline management, use of CRM tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align commercial and product strategies.
  • Prior experience in scaling early-stage or growth-stage technology companies is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Haywards Heath, with a proactive, self-directed approach and commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
