Company Description

Tour Padel is dedicated to increasing the accessibility and visibility of Padel tennis across the UK. The company focuses on developing Padel courts and clubs to expand the sport’s footprint and meet growing demand. With 2 operational clubs, the club has plans to expand its offering and number of clubs across the UK.

Role Description

This is a fractional, remote role for a Business Development Manager at Tour Padel. The Business Development Manager will:

  • Focus on identifying and sourcing new sites with potential to develop a padel club
  • Initiate outreach with relevant stakeholders, introducing Tour Padel and the potential for a padel club at their site
  • Conduct initial meetings or calls and share Tour Padel’s proposal

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with experience identifying and closing partnership opportunities.
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop strategic plans to support growth objectives.
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Organizational and time-management skills suited to a part-time, remote role, including managing pipelines and reporting progress.
  • Prior experience in sports, leisure, or real estate development is beneficial, especially within the UK market.
  • Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems to manage contacts, leads, and partnership activities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Interest in Padel, tennis, or sports development is a strong advantage.
