Senior Field Sales Representative

We're hiring a Senior Field Sales Representative to drive strategic growth with key accounts and end users. If you excel at building C-level relationships, orchestrating complex sales cycles, and delivering solutions that create real business value, this role offers the impact and autonomy you're looking for.

What will you do?

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for assigned accounts using consultative selling and value-driven solutions
  • Cultivate deep relationships with C-level decision-makers to uncover opportunities across the entire portfolio
  • Coordinate internal resources and partner ecosystems to ensure seamless project execution and account growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities for digital building solutions and related services.
  • Generate new business while expanding existing account relationships.
  • Conduct customer meetings to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, engineering, and operations teams to develop customer solutions and proposals.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations, project proposals, and value-based recommendations.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through project award.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and regularly forecast sales activity.
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, competitive activity, and emerging technologies.
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and revenue objectives while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Account Management — advanced level; orchestrating resources and strategies to maximize portfolio growth
  • Communication — advanced level; engaging stakeholders at all levels with clarity and impact
  • Financial Acumen — advanced level; analyzing business cases and articulating ROI to drive decision-making
  • Negotiation — advanced level; closing complex deals that balance customer needs with business objectives
  • Sales Funnel Management — advanced level; driving opportunities from qualification through successful closure
  • Sales Prospecting — advanced level; identifying and developing new business within strategic accounts
  • Consultative Selling — intermediate level; positioning solutions that address customer challenges and goals
  • Customer Relationship Management — intermediate level; leveraging tools to track engagement and optimize outreach

Experience within the building systems, construction, facilities, automation, energy, HVAC, controls, electrical, or related industries preferred.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates with technical, engineering, field service, or operations backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into a sales role are encouraged to apply.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 115,200 - USD 172,800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
