Business Development Manager

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join a global telecommunications company, with a focus on driving new cloud-related business opportunities and expanding existing key customer relationships.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on sales professional who can identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities in cloud, AI, and digital infrastructure sectors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing complex deal cycles from origination to closure
  • Maintaining and growing strategic accounts
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within Cloud Service Providers

The role also involves:

  • Developing and managing partner-led opportunities
  • Ensuring accurate pipeline forecasting
  • Delivering consistent revenue growth

Success in this position demands:

  • Strong hunting and farming capabilities
  • Experience selling consultancy, professional services, and software solutions to CSPs
  • A proven track record of winning high-value, complex deals

Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish considered advantageous.

You will work closely with solution partners such as systems and network integrators, leveraging your expertise in cloud and digital infrastructure sales to develop sales strategies and methodologies for innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over five years of progressive sales experience within CSP environments
  • Consistent achievement of sales objectives
  • Strong planning and forecasting skills
