This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and working closely with clients to help them get the most from technology.

The primary focus of this role will be to identify, onboard, engage, and retain solicitors on the LAIS platform, while helping us expand our presence across the legal sector.

The Role

  • Helping identify new commercial opportunities
  • Developing partnerships
  • Representing LAIS within the legal community
  • Providing valuable market and customer insight to our wider team

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective solicitors and law firms who could benefit from the LAIS platform.
  • Develop and manage relationships with solicitors from initial outreach through to onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • Lead the onboarding process and ensure new users understand how to use and benefit from the platform.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing users to support retention and reduce churn.
  • Identify opportunities to increase platform adoption and usage among existing clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities, partnerships, referral channels, and strategic relationships.
  • Maintain and manage an accurate business development and sales pipeline.
  • Attend legal-sector events, conferences, networking opportunities, and meetings to promote LAIS and develop new relationships.
  • Gather feedback from solicitors and law firms and communicate insights to the product and operations teams.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the legal technology market.
  • Contribute to business development strategy and initiatives designed to grow the LAIS platform.
  • Track and report on key business development, onboarding, engagement, and retention metrics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
