Business Development Manager

Location: Staffordshire
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

We are looking to engage with a new Business Development Manager, whose primary goal will be to help boost revenue growth, cultivate strategic partnerships, and unearth new market opportunities for us to provide our services. This role is perfect for a commercially aware professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and transforming them into success. The ability to speak effectively with decision-makers is the core attribute we are looking for.

This will be a pivotal role; you will significantly contribute to new business acquisition. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, crafting effective sales strategies, networking, and managing the initial sales cycle, from initial engagement to negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure valuable new business opportunities within designated markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to our goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals, and navigate commercial negotiations.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass revenue and growth targets.
