SIPs Eco Panel Systems Ltd is a UK-based manufacturer of Timber Frame, Closed Panel, and Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), specialising in kit supply and erection for new builds, commercial buildings, and extensions. Operating from its main office and factory in Fife, Scotland, the company supports developers, main contractors, and self-builders with high-quality, sustainable frame solutions. Known for exceptional customer service, SIPs Eco Panel Systems Ltd serves a diverse range of markets.
Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager role for the central belt of Scotland and Northern England. The primary responsibilities include:

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Creating strategic plans to expand market presence
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams
- Meeting sales targets
- Preparing regular reports
- Representing the company at industry events
- Ensuring alignment with organisational goals

This is a hybrid remote working role, reporting into our head office in Glenrothes, Fife.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in timber frame business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition
- Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for market expansion
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience or knowledge in the construction or timber frame/ structural insulated panel sector is a must.
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently
