One of clients within the Purchasing industry are hiring for numerous Business Development Managers due to rapid growth.

Description

An outstanding opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing dynamic purchasing businesses in the UK. They are continuing it's ongoing expansion and has vacancies for BDM's throughout the UK. Working with our client will give you the chance to engage with market-leading suppliers and brand owners, allowing you the opportunity to build on and hone your sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Your role will focus primarily on new business and working with existing customers to increase sales while maintaining category management and retaining a customer service focus.
  • You will manage your own territory with areas of focus including pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs and leisure venues.
  • You must be capable of developing long-term customer relationships with existing and new customers, plus hold a tenacious and enthusiastic attitude in order to drive accounts through from first meeting to trading.
  • An understanding of the UK’s catering, licensing and leisure industries is essential.
  • The successful candidates will have a strong desire to build on their existing career in field sales and a dynamic and positive attitude.
  • This is the perfect role for somebody who enjoys communicating and managing their own time and is looking for a position that will allow them to learn new skills and develop their existing skillset.
  • A full clean driving license is essential.
  • All candidates must have strong IT skills with the capability to work with internal systems and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
